The terrain of the project is falling from the east to the west with 14-meter differences in height. And the layout of buildings follows the characteristic terrain, merging into the hilly natural scenery, with an effect of different and variant scenes.

The planning and design of the project focus on the integral environment and space layout, reasonable arrangement of centralized forestation, well-organized along-road scenery to shape a good environment.

Hisense Banshan Lanting is purely storey-building. It modifies the former construction style with the rare combination of 4-floor terrace house with tops up and down and 6-floor garden foreign-style, the German-style and modern style, the creation of noble living experience, the refined details, and the indented top design of stroey-building to form a scenic yard in the air. The rich indented design brings more variety to the surface, more reasonable interior space arrangement, and changes the waste of the former sloping top.

The design of structure veranda and the indented top of the terrace house allows more platform space from the bottom to the top to the house, with more green color spreading, to extend your life outside and to make it possible for more neighbor exchanges.
