   Project Introduction
The project covers a total area of 75,158 square meters, of which the volume rate is 1.3, the construction density 19.5%, the forestation rate 41%, and the total residence 785 houses, with 18 of them high-rises and 3 middle-scale high rises. As the debut symbol of Hisense Property in Yantai, this project will be built into a high-standard residency area in the developing zone, following the developing and operating principles of Hisense Property after years of accumulation. Hisense Property, the developer and operator, sticking to the principle of building, quality and life, will bring a completely new life way to yantai.

    Geological location
The project lies in the developing zone of Yantai, with the west Kunlunshan road, the south Qinhuaihe Road, the east the residency area for the State Tax Bureau, and the north the planned reservation land.

   Construction Design
The project was designed by the design department of Shenzhen University. The modern and high-quality residency area is consisting of 3 parts----the average storey buildings, the scenic foreign-style, and high-rises, with the high buildings rhymically scattering among the lower.
High-rise: the 5 18-floored and 2 12-floored half-enclosed high-rises lie in the northern part of the area, with a bird view of the inside and the whole residency area. It is equipped with underground shelter and parking lot. And the first floor is recommended to be built on stilts, 5 to 6 meters high, to provide a recreational place for the residents with scenery spots, leisure chairs and aerobic exercises equipments etc. In the certer, there sets a tennis playground open to the public.
　 ☆The average storey building: 23 average 6-floored buildings, with the emphasis on the inside forestation.
　 ☆Scenic foreign-style:the first floor is half-underground functioning floor and the access to the detached yard is from the door facing south for privacy. From the second floor on, the access is from the outside stairs facing south. The door is set at the private balcony to ensure the plentiful sunshine. Stairs connect the third and the fourth floor, with pleasant scenes different along each step.

The presentation and layout
