Shandong Hisense Real Estate Developing Corp. Ltd., founded in Aug. 18th, 2004, is one branch company of Qingdao Hisense Real Estate, Ltd. in Jinan to implement its provincial strategy. The registered capital of the company is Renminbi ￥10,000,000, with Qingdao Hisense Real Estate, Ltd. as the major investor. After its foundation, the company has been following the operation principle, developing speed and work style of the general company. Now there are two projects on work before hand, in the south and southeast of Jinan, with a total developing area about 670,000 square meters. Part of the project will be started at the latter half of the year 2005, and put on sale at the end of 2005. In addition, supported by Hisense Group and the headquarter, our company will quicken its development in Jinan. Besides the above mentioned, another symbolic residence project of 100,000 square meters will also be constructed in Jinan.
