Hisense Yingcheng (City Spring)

Brief Project Introduction
Hisense Yingcheng is located in the west of West 1 Road ( Xi 1 Lu) , south of West 5 Road (Xi 5 Lu) (in building), north of Heze Road (in building), and east of East 6 Road (Dong6 Lu) (in building), in the city of Dongying. The present land is for agrarian use. To the south of the oil field
Is two ponds and the future Heze Road will cross here. To the east of the land is Gengjing Reservior, which is the origin of the drinking water for the whole city of Dongying.

Hisense Yingcheng is designed by the Design and Research Institute of Shenzhen University. The combination of various superior resources, and the completely new property developing mode will satisfy the valid need and initiate the potential market; the unprecedented design and planning thought will start a new marketing highlight; the whole project is to follow the new trend of close to land in the new downtown, ecological garden, and human-oriented, with more emphasis on the tasteful life of “leisure, human, exchange, and health”. It will become the latest image of low-density residency area.

Geological location
This land is to the north of Huanghe Road (Yellow River Road), a very important thoroughfare connecting the east and the west part of the city. 300 meters east of the land is the bus stop, Gengjing Shui Yuan (the Origin of Gengjing Reservior), with the following buses trafficking here: 111, 111a, 121, 132, 103. To the east of the land is Xi 1 Lu (West 1 Road), which is under construction to extend to the south to Nan Er Huan (the Second South Ring) at present. Besides, 300 meters north of the land is a long-distance bus station.
The project is convenient in traffic with multiply choices and is the necessity to connect the east and the west part of the city.

Construction design
Hisense Yingcheng (city Spring) is designed by the Design and Research Institute of Shenzhen University.
