Rainbow Blossom --- The Credibility Sales
Overwhelmed with low credibility, price trick and poor quality, however, customers firstly received a Rainbow Blossom Open-House Month from Hisense Real Estate in October 2004. We opened all the complete, undergoing and under-designing projects to the public. Let the customers get touch with each corner of the developed building and experience a real Hisense and honest Hisense. Over 5000 citizens took part in the activity, which became the focus in the real estate industry as well as the media coverage in Qingdao.
One Stop --- Topple the tradition of house trade
  

31st Mar 2004 witnessed a revolution in Chinese Real Estate history. On that day, Hisense – Bei Yuan Feng Jing (Northern Garden Scenery) was handed to the residents not only ahead of the schedule, but also all the handling staff such as testing, equipping and even the troublesome House Property Certificate, were all excitingly finished in one day, far more efficient than the general 90-day course. The more strict and high-standard Hisense handing system was warmly appreciated and became the model for Qingdao real estate management companies.

“Complete Home Plan” --- Leading the trend of decoration market
  

From 2002 Hisense Real Estate began to prepare the business of house decoration. In April 2004, Hisense Real Estate formally claimed “Complete Home Plan”. That is, Hisense Real Estate would promote the complete house product in the next following years. Hui Yuan II was the first project of this plan. Then both Hisense – Du Shi Hua Cai (Urban Color) and Hisense – Jin Se Hui Gu (GoldenWisdomValley) were carried out with the advanced decoration. This plan highly increased the quality of Hisense products and made more advanced products for the citizens and the city of Qingdao.

  
Pre-integrated Concept --- To integrate the whole development
  

In April 2004, Hisense Real Estate launched the Pre-integrated mode with the test project of Hisense – Ban Shan Lan Ting. Before the development of the building, the course of R&D, Programming, Sales, Decoration, Environmental protection, property management etc. were all put into the project in advance. With the purpose of meeting the customers’ final requirement and the quality of the building, the company entirely integrated the whole course. The mode became a landmark on the concept of the company’s development.

  
“Visible Management” --- Transplant the subtlety of manufacture
  

From June 2004 transplanting the visible management from the manufacture, Hisense Real Estate utilized the Visible Management System, so as to accelerate the “Motive System” between upriver and downriver departments. Firstly setting departments of Project and Sales as test spots, the company announced all kinds of situation with the visible forms from time to time. Then the department or person in charge could receive the requests of solutions about time, ways, results and so on. After half-year test, the mode appeared an obvious effect and became a new accelerator for the company’s efficiency.

Powers Alliance, 1+1>2 Brand Effect

The powers alliance always means “1+1>2”. These two years, Hisense Real Estate never stopped their pace to cooperate with the International developed companies. In July 2003, Hisense Real Estate signed the contract with

Mitsubishi to purchase 70 Mitsubishi elevators with RMB 50 million, which was the best deal made by Mitsubishi in recent 3 years; in November 2003 Mr. Kume Yokoya, the General Architect of Japanese Japan Construction & Design Co., Ltd., came to Qingdao and signed a cooperative agreement, which made Hisense Real Estate the first partner of Japan Construction & Design Co., and the first masterpiece between the two partners will come into being soon; in October 2004 Hisense Real Estate and Panasonic signed a cooperative framework agreement, which would bring the Panasonic products into some of the undergoing projects of Hisense Real Estate.
